*Service Duration is dependent on the size and condition of the property **5 Bed+ is defined as property that has internal floor area below 300SQM Scope of Works Vacuum all carpets Mop and clean floors Thoroughly clean bathroom, toilets and shower area Mirrors polished Vacuum lounge suite Dust throughout Clean all work surfaces Remove cobwebs Clean wall fittings and surround Clean all interior window seals and ledges Clean all ceiling fans Dust all light fittings Polish furniture Vacuum skirting boards Clean cupboard doors and surrounds
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund of cleaning fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s cleaning time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of cleaning. For example, if cleaning session is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before cleaning time. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before cleaning, the cleaning fees is non-refundable.
