Pressure Wash. Mold and algae are two unsightly and unhealthy problems. Mold, mildew and algae can build up on patios, decks, walls, windows, windowsills, gutters, driveways, stone, brick and concrete retainer walls, as well as pool areas. Your property not only looks unappealing, but over time can be damaged. Pressure clean will enhance the look of your property, prepare areas for painting and or staining.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of cleaning fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s cleaning time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of cleaning. For example, if cleaning session is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before cleaning time. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before cleaning, the cleaning fees is non-refundable.
