End of Lease Bond Cleaning - Premium You only paid once, the remaining credit will be rolled over for 6 month.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of cleaning fees, cancellation must be made a full 24 hours prior to listing’s cleaning time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of cleaning. For example, if cleaning session is on Friday, cancel by Thursday of that week before cleaning time. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before cleaning, the cleaning fees is non-refundable.
